IS Vision32

The economic and production system Vision32 is a program for mid-size and large companies. Thanks to its range and abilities it presents an ideal solution for a customer who requires the best quality. When designing the system we placed emphasis on its clear arrangement and ergonomy and at the same time we kept to the the Windows environment standards. The project adheres to both Czech and Slovak legislatures. The system will help you manage the following areas of your business:

Modular system concept

The set of system functions is divided into individual areas from which you can choose a combination of functions suitable for you. Thus you can compile your system comfortably without considerable initial investments.

User interface

The data you work with are being presented to you in the form of a table. You can sort the data, filter it, look up records according to various criteria, transfer it into MS Excel and so on. Our goal is for you to be able to display the information directly and not have to print out complicated configurations. Data will be put into an entry form that has been designed in a way that will save you unnecessary clicking and at the same time notify you of any faulty entries.

The "customization" option

There are various and highly developed possibilities how to customize the system and they definitely surpass the possibilities of other ERP systems in the same price range. You can modify any configuration and create other print output at will. You can modify data entry forms and data overviews and also create your own functions and expand the data structure, import other data and export your own data into other structures.

The system processes the data "on-line"

This function will increase the clarity of arrangement and ease of use during the processing of different categories of information. You will immediately see the effect of any operation or change of state of any regular process.

Activity

You can boost the application even further. For example you do not have to check if this or that business partner owes you anything. The system takes care of that by itself and it will notify you when necessary.

Individual tasks integration

Individual tasks are so interdependent that as soon as you look at an issued invoice and want to find out more, you will not have to run multiple modules only because you need to find out whether the client owes you something, or what goods you supplied to him in the past two years, or even who checked the goods at production. You can easily access all this information from the invoice.

Data safety

Data protection against misuse and their safety is ensured by a two-level access rights system. The rights are assigned to the user or groups of users. Server technicians can assign a very detailed combination of rights to the employees for basic data operations. Non-registered users are prohibited from entering the database and logging into the system.

Output and configuration design

Vision32 system offers its own Print output designer as its integral part.
Through this tool the user has control over data sources and the visual appearance of the output - it is possible to enter graphs, bar codes, pictures, graphic bases and so on. Every customer defined configuration can be distributed to chosen users through access rights. Output can also be assigned to specific categories of information. Data export is an independent function. Currently the system enables you to print out every finished output, send it via e-mail or export it into several of the most used formats (html, rtf, pdf, xls, jpg, bmp, gif, wmf, emf).

Language interface

The system is equipped with a user interface in Czech, Slovak, English and German languages.

User support

During the time you use the system we will be happy to issue an offer for any improvement or expansion of the system you might wish. We will also help you continually train users or train new users. Your problems will be dealt with personally or using modern means - many small changes in configuration, questions, system intervention and similar isues can be implemented long-distance through remote administration. You do not need to purchase it or perform a complicated installation - all you need is internet access. The intervention is usually implemented almost immediately and without costly transport. You can also access a vast database of experience, tips and advice how to best use our system, which is published on our company web pages. We also organize regular training sessions in which we make users acquainted with new developments or legislature changes affecting the system.
